What is the difference between Vermont ABLE and STABLE Account?

STABLE Account is a national ABLE plan that provides ABLE accounts (called STABLE accounts) to eligible individuals across the country. The State of Vermont has partnered with STABLE Account to create Vermont ABLE and offer all the benefits of STABLE accounts to Vermont residents.
